How does Conway Partners protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include encryption of information in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, written information security policies, oversight of the service providers who process information on our behalf (including technology and artificial intelligence vendors), and secured files and facilities. We also maintain an incident response plan, and will notify affected individuals in the event of unauthorized access to or use of your information, as required under Regulation S-P.

How does Conway Partners share my information with service providers?
We use a limited number of third-party service providers — including qualified custodians, portfolio reporting and financial planning software, customer relationship management systems, secure communication and document-storage tools, and artificial intelligence (AI) tools used for operational tasks such as drafting and summarization — to help us operate our business. Service providers are permitted to process your information only under written agreements that (i) limit their use of your information to providing services to us, (ii) require them to maintain safeguards consistent with Regulation S-P, and (iii) prohibit them from using your information to train artificial intelligence models or for any purpose unrelated to the services they provide to us. Final investment advice and other fiduciary decisions are made by our professionals, not by AI tools.
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership and control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Conway Partners has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership and control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies. We do not share with nonaffiliates so that they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. We do not jointly market.
